Issue/return Counter Time : 8.30AM To 5.30PM

Reading Hall : 8.30AM To 5.30PM

LIBRARY RULES & REGULATION

1) Students using library must carry I-Card with them.
2) After the date of admission, the students should acquire the Identity Card and Borrower’s Card from respective authorities within 15 days.
3) Identity card and Borrower’s Card are un-transferable.
4) In case of loss of Borrower’s Card, Duplicate Borrower’s card will be available after prescribed payment.
5) Special reference material and Library Copy will not be issued out of Library.
6) Student is obligated to return issued book/s to Library within 10 days, otherwise late book submission fee Rs.2 /- per day will be charged.
7) Re-issuing of books will depend upon its availability and demand from other students.
8) In case of loss or any physical damage of book, price of book and fine will be charged.
9) Question paper set, Syllabus copy, journals and magazines will be available on I-card to read in reading room only.
10) Reading material will be available on I-card for reading in reading room. Student should sign the, Student Entry Record, Reading Room Record and e-Library Record etc. registers separately while using it.
11) Reading material issued on I-card must be submitted to Library on the same day.
12) All the above rules are mandatory to the students and Library users.
